"Tell me why” é o single de estreia de Mimicat, a nova artista nacional da Sony Music Entertainment Portugal. O vídeo de “Tell me why” já se encontra disponível aqui: http://youtu.be/qkJNoGhpKDg Mimicat é o alter-ego de Marisa Mena, cantora e compositora oriunda de Coimbra que já fez parte do projecto The Casino Royal. Pronta para a assumir o protagonismo de uma carreira a solo criou Mimicat, que nos dá a conhecer o seu lado mais sincero e intimista como artista.

Com o apoio do produtor Sérgio Costa, também director musical da sua banda, desenvolveu os temas que compõem o seu álbum de estreia como Mimicat, que será editado pela Sony Music Entertainment Portugal.

Enquanto cantora, Mimicat tem como referências Ella Fitzgerald, Jill Scott, Ray Charles, entre muitas outras.
